Solar Water Heating Reduces Family's Energy Costs (2009)

This paper was released by the Energy Trust of Oregon and explains how their Low Income Solar Access pilot will help families in Oregon reduce energy costs by decreasing the cost of water heating using solar technology, which typically accounts for 20 to 30 percent of household energy consumption.
