IMPROVE ENERGY EFFICIENCY WITH SOLAR WATER HEATING (2001)

The document describes the basics of both active and passive systems and provides advice on integrating solar systems to work in conjunction with conventional water heaters. Some of the benefits of using a solar water heating system listed in the report are; Solar water heating systems offer a lower operating cost than of a conventional water heater and renewable energy offers the most direct environmental benefit.
