This document summarizes Thermoflow Software, which is used for design, stimulation, and cost estimation of power, process, heating and cogeneration plants.
This software was released in 1995 and has sold over 7200 licenses to companies in 75 countries. This software allows the user to find their solar field’s thermal performance directly, in detail. It can also estimate relative sun-collector angles and irradiance for a specified site.
There are several pages of the software’s layout and menu options for computing specific information and includes an example of a model plant using the software that displays energy and temperature output.
