State-of-the-art collector production in Uzbekistan

gazeta.uzLast November, Uzbek-based Artel Group gave a tour of its new collector and tank production facility in the capitel city Tashkent. It houses the manufacturing lines for selectively coated and laser-welded collectors traded under the brand name Royal. Stainless steel tanks insulated with polyurethane foam and holding between 300 and 1,000 litres complement the business’s product portfolio. Turkish manufacturer Solimpeks has been advising the company on design matters since 2016.

Solar Coatings: Tinox Gets a Strong Partner

During the solar fair Intersolar 2008 in June, the German-based MAGE Industrie Holding AG and the Italian-based Almeco Group announced the merger of their coating activities in the solar thermal business field. The combination of the Almeco Group and the MAGE subsidiary Tinox GmbH brings together a significant provider of aluminium surfaces with an established specialist in copper absorber coatings. “At our Bernburg site we have one of the most technologically advanced manufacturing plants in the world.
