This document (conducted by the State Department of Hawaii in 2002) presents overall customer satisfaction of the Na Makani SWH project that ran from 2000-2002.
14 participating contractors took part in the project and customers were overall positive aboout the outcome. The project led to an approximate saving of 22% of electricity bills.
